Who is London Wall?

We are a team of trusted professional advisors, who manage the assets and affairs of wealthy families.

As a multi-family office, our scale allows us to offer a greater breadth of in-house, professional expertise and talent than most single family offices could hope to match, whilst sharing the costs between clients. In other words, you will benefit from greater expertise, for less money.

Multi-family offices vary enormously in what they offer. Some limit themselves to finance and investment advice whilst others provide little more than a basic concierge service.

At London Wall, we aim to provide all the traditional services expected from a family office, along with other services that are less common.

How many of our services each client uses is entirely at their discretion. Over time, as the relationship develops, many of our clients trust us to handle virtually everything.

Given such a mandate, we can fulfil our true purpose, freeing time for our clients, providing them with peace of mind, and offering them the reassurance that their family wealth is being protected for generations to come.

Not withstanding that London Wall engages the services of a number of qualifies lawyers, neither London Wall or any of the services it provides are regulated by the UK Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Our story

London Wall was founded by Lev Loginov and Ned El-Imad, who have extensive experience dealing with clients' complex affairs. Drawing on their expertise, London Wall was founded to offer professional family office services that reflect the real-world requirements of high-net-worth individuals and their families.

Prior to founding London Wall, Ned was a Partner at the highly respected UK law firm Mishcon de Reya, and he continues to work closely with them as a consultant solicitor.

Lev’s career background is in private client work. He has acted as an advisor on real estate investment and confidential family matters to a number of prominent and successful people.

London Wall retain James Ramsden QC as permanent counsel in relation to Compliance and Anti Money Laundering matters. James has extensive experience in AML, regulatory, and compliance matters, serving a diverse clientele of City, corporate, public authority and regulatory clients. James regularly acts in complex regulatory and disciplinary proceedings on behalf of the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and in May 2007 he was appointed to the Attorney General’s List of Counsel instructed to carry out complex asset-tracing and confiscation applications under the Proceeds of Crime Act and the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act.

 
 

The people behind London Wall

Ned El-Imad

Ned is a highly experienced UK lawyer. His career has been focused on advising private clients on family matters, including real estate, tax planning, asset protection, immigration, reputation, private client and special situations.

Within the industry, Ned is recognised as a leading expert on prime London real estate. Before founding London Wall, he was head of the residential real estate team at the prestigious London law firm Mishcon de Reya. In 2012, Legal Business named Mishcon ‘Law Firm of the Year’ and Ned’s department ‘Real Estate Team of the Year’.

Ned was voted one of the top 35 lawyers under the age of 35 by Private Client Practitioner, and as a leading expert in real estate by Spear’s Magazine. He was also ranked as one of London's top ten ‘real estate secret power brokers’ by London Loves Business.

Ned’s clients include high-net-worth private investors, real estate funds, developers and banks. He has exceptional expertise, knowledge and insight into a wide range of affairs of concern to wealthy families. He also has extensive experience of international clients and their specific sensitivities, and with his excellent connections in the UK and abroad, is frequently able to facilitate useful business introductions.


 


Lev Loginov

Lev's career has concentrated on real estate investment management, real estate consultancy and family office work.

Lev started his property development career in 2001 working in partnership with a number of UK local councils buying and redeveloping houses for affordable home schemes.

In addition, Lev has advised on and completed over £500 million GBP of property investments on behalf of clients. He has helped to achieve significant returns through structuring, achieving planning gains, development and trading.

In 2008 set up real estate fund focused on Prime Central London assets, which outperformed the PCL market by 61% between 2008 - 2013.

Lev advises some of the world's most influential and powerful people and has built a reputation as a highly effective real estate problem fixer. The solutions he delivers are both discreet and efficient.

Education

After finishing high school in Switzerland, he studied an undergraduate degree in Business and Finance at Oxford Brooks University, and then completed a further course in Capital markets and investments at Harvard Business School.

As a strong believer in continued education, he is currently studying MBA (RICS) in Real Estate with University College of Estate Management.



Nina Stewart

Nina is a senior finance executive with extensive leadership experience in all areas of finance, treasury and tax. She held a number of senior roles in the oil & gas industry for 10 years, and prior to that she worked at a professional services firm in London, where she provided international tax consultancy services across a range of industries.

Throughout her career, Nina has gained significant experience of restructurings, mergers, acquisitions and divestments. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), a Chartered Tax Adviser (CIOT) and a Fellow of the Energy Institute.

She has served on a number of Boards and Audit Committees, in both the private and charitable sectors.

Keeping it personal
Our success as a family office depends on building close and trusted relationships with our clients and their families. These take time to build, but are then sustained across generations.

In order to represent our clients’ interests as sensitively and comprehensively as possible, the quality of those relationships is all-important.

That's why London Wall only works for a limited number of clients, after a carefully considered selection process that ensures the relationship will be a rewarding one for both parties, based on a mutual trust and understanding.

A broader vision
Although based in London, our focus is global.

The location of our head office has numerous advantages. London is a world-class financial centre within a stable economy. However, most of our clients’ assets and business interests span across many different countries, and we are highly experienced in dealing with such international affairs.
